Gray Muzzle Journal — A Senior Dog Wellness Journal

Keep the care notes. Keep the little moments.

The breakfast they enjoyed. The question you want to ask at the next vet visit. The quiet afternoon with their chin resting on your knee. Life with a senior dog holds practical details and precious moments, often in the very same day.

The Gray Muzzle Journal gives you a place for both. This 122-page printable senior dog wellness journal brings care notes and everyday memories together, so you can write down what matters without trying to hold it all in your head.

A journal for life with your old friend

• Record meals and everyday care details
• Keep notes from veterinary visits
• Capture milestones along the way
• Remember the ordinary moments that make your dog yours

Use the journal to organize your observations and bring your notes into conversations with your veterinarian. It is a record-keeping companion, not a diagnostic tool or treatment plan.

Your download, your own pace

Download the PDF and print at home. You can also view it with a PDF reader on your phone, tablet or computer. No physical journal will be shipped.

Some days you'll have plenty to write. Other days, a few words will be enough. There is no perfect way to capture a life you love.

💛 A note from Kellye:

I'm not a veterinarian. I'm a dog mom who has been in the trenches, late nights, vet bills, hard decisions, and a whole lot of love. Everything in this guide comes from personal experience, years of research, and conversations with our own vets while caring for Dixie, our mixed-breed dog who lived to be 20 years old.

This guide is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Please always consult your vet for diagnosis and treatment decisions. This is just one dog mom sharing what she wishes she'd known sooner.

Always consult your veterinarian. 🐾
