Digital downloads

All digital downloads are final sale once delivered. If your file is missing, corrupted, or not what you ordered, email info@meridianmogulmedia.com within 14 days and we'll make it right — a working file, a replacement, or a refund at our discretion.

Physical print-on-demand items

Calendars and puzzles are printed on demand. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, email info@meridianmogulmedia.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or refund.

Books purchased through Amazon

Books purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return and refund policy. Please request assistance with those orders through Amazon.
